The TZ-100 is primarily utilized for connections such as T1's, Fiber/LAN Extensions, and DSL locations that do not have direct-connection capabilities to ACI's network. In "off-net" cases, the TZ-100 is relied upon to form a secure IPSec tunnel to provide static IP service to these clients.
