As part of these add-ons, ACI has launched a comprehensive Network Status page, which clearly outlines current data, voice and co-location network alarms, including a complete list of upcoming maintenance as required.
This new tool will help both our direct clients and reseller network keep track of any network downtime in one quick and simple click. In addition to the network status page, ACI will continue to send appropriate alert emails for all network outages and / or scheduled maintenance periods.
